Wave Consulting has such a supportive work culture and provides numerous opportunites for growth. For myself, fresh out of University with no experience, Wave has enabled me to grow both personally and professionally by giving me numerous progression opportunties. I started off in the sales department, and with the help of the development program in place, I was able to advance into a more senior position. It was here that I was also given the opportuntiy to learn recruitment, where I really found my passion, which enabled me to progressed into the role of head of recruitment.

Working at Wave has not only taught me vital business skills; sales, effective marketing/networking, interviewing and training. It has also taught me how to have power over my mind. Enabling me to level up in every aspect of my life wether that be my own personal image and how I carry myself, how I talk to my loved ones and people in general, the level of mental endurance and drive as-well my daily habits. All have changed for the better in the time I have spent at the company and around the people who make up not only our office but the larger corporation as a whole.

Wave has not only given me the chance to get out of my shell and overcome my fears but also given me the opportunity to see my goals as more than just dreams as well as build my confidence proving that hard work does pay off.

Joining Wave has been the best thing that I’ve ever done. Not only was I able to get my first ever promotion, but the skills I have developed - such as interviewing, teaching and training people are not only skills that are helping me grow my business, they are skills that I’ll value for the rest of my life. Everyone here is like-minded and looking out for each other’s future.
